President Monroe and President Tyler are buried no more then about five yards apart from each other. President Monroe is buried under what I like to call a "Bird Cage". Since that is almost what it looks like. The city of Richmond, Va can be very hard to get around if you don't have a map or know how the exits work. I missed the exit for the cemetery. I had to go on to another street to get on to the street for the cemetery. You can see a nice view of the city from the cemetery, since the cemetery sits on top of a hill and is in the older part of the city. In the picture you can see President Tyler's grave in the background. His is the real tall one.
